You are the Sales Officer of a Wholesale Dealer dealing in textiles. You had supplied 12 dozen bed sheets to a retailer two weeks ago. Now you have received a letter from him telling you that the bed sheets supplied by you do not match the samples shown to him in shade and texture and asking you to replace them. Write a letter to him admitting your mistake, offering an apology and telling him to send back the consignment at your cost for replacement.
